Quality Control Procedure

Our merchandising follow up and quality control assurance build up a strong relationship and understanding with our clients, which assure the loyal long lasting partnership with our clients and manufacturers. We take orders as per our capacity. We have dedicated individuals from merchandiser to QC for each customer to follow up development or sampling stage to shipment. Our dedication and professional services allow us to connect more and more clients and support us in increase of turnover and understanding the better way to improve our services more and more, which helps our clients and manufacturers working together.

Our Working Style:

• For styling/development sample-Local yarn/fabric & animation we can send within 5-7 days after inquiry receipt in hand.

• Selecting good factories (product wise) & placing orders on behalf of buyers.

• Price quotation within 24 hour.

• Negotiating prices, placing orders and monitoring from inspection through delivery along with cargo movement.

• Approval of samples & patterns.

• Quality Assurance Standards.

• Quality Assurance and supervision of shipments as per AQL Standards.

• Arrangement of importing fabrics and accessories from abroad.

• Quality control of fabric & accessories during production abroad through our nominated internationally reputed inspection firm.

• Overall follow up & keeping buyers informed of all developments - including status of running orders and market development

• Documentation & Shipping formalities.

• Arrangement of prompt shipment

• Taking full responsibility of quality and delivery.

• Lab dip local with 4-5 days & imported within 7 days.

• Fit sample or Size set sample within 4-5 days & PPS sample within 7 days after receipt comment.

• Production update/Status weekly for each customer.

• QC inline & final inspection report send to customer quality department next day of inspection.

Payment & Documentation:

• Payments of LC: As sight as per negotiating bank's instruction.

• Type of Documentary Credit: Irrevocable and transferable.

• Trans Shipment: Allowed

• BL Clause: Full set clean on board original BL issued into the order of negotiating bank and endorsed by the same bank

  in favor of LC opening bank.

• Presentation of Documents: 21 days from the date of BL
